If there’s one thing I enjoy doing, it’s dreaming of how I’ll decorate my future home. I could spend hours on pinterest trying to figure out exactly what kind of style I would like to go for and I love looking at the homewares sections in stores. So today I thought it would be dun to do a wishlist of some pieces I would love to buy if I had my own home and unlimited funds. Best of all, everything is from the Nest Sale

This Caracalla bed is absolutely gorgeous and is definitely my dream bed. I can just imagine living in a gorgeous rustic townhouse, with this beautiful bed in front on big bay windows. And it would look absolutely perfect with my favourite bedroom colour scheme: grey and pink.

I really like the look of stacked cube shelves and this Muuto Mini system would look perfect in a small hallway, or in a spare bedroom. This Stockholm sideboard would also look perfect in the hallway. I love how it has a very modern look to is, especially with the gold top.

This Kartell oval dining table again has a very modern feel with the gold legs and it would be perfect with dark hard wood flooring and white walls.

Now for a few outdoor pieces. If I ever have my dream house I need to have a big back garden, it’s something I’ve always dreamt of. I would need a gorgeous sunlounger such as Moroso Tropicalia claise lounge. I know we don’t get a lot of sun, but when we do I want to be able to sunbathe. And finally, I feel like this Barcelona table tennis would be brilliant to have. I don’t know why, since I can’t play table tennis to save my life, but I suppose I could practice.

How would you style your dream home?

  • I think that almost everybody dreams of their first home and how they will design it and dress it up with furniture and decor, so I love posts like these… although I’ve been living in my own home for 11 months now I’m still always looking for inspiration on bits and bobs that I could do a bit differently! Great post babe x
